After canceling my account.I Shipped modem but receiving modem late emails?

After canceling my account. I Shipped modem but receiving modem late emails. I cannot l contact any customer service. I have canada post tracking.
I went to :

https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
No chat button shows up. This is the biggest reason for leaving fizz!!!

    here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

  • Fizz have automated messages. So the usual time for the return is probably passed because of the delay in the post. I would not worry to much but you can contact them on Messenger, facebook or chat ( https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us ) between 8am to 9pmto be sure. Make sure you are log in for the chat.

    Hello John,
    The chat Bubble appears after you are logged in to your account and for a wait of 2-3 minutes on our website while you are surfing it. The bubble will appear on the right-hand side.
    As Mike said, the bubble can appear on that FAQ too.
    You can also contact us on our Facebook messenger and provide the Tracking Number and the account under which you have the Home internet services.
