2 times fizz tech failed install appointment, should I continue take appointment?
4 days passed the install, still have no internet, yesterday from 9am to 8pm waiting, no tech show up as appointment, should I continue ask another appointment? stupid question

not work always, the chat bulb is very hard to make it appear, it`s an hell to communicate with you, while you don`t provide internet. very very bad experience. more than week, I waist my time to complaint with you, what your reply is always same: find a chat bulb to repeat the same story.
