Hello, yes i try To restart and reconfigure it, but is still deconnect my wi-fi during 30 secondes every 15 minutes approxymatly

Try to reset your modem.
Insert in 35,40 seconds with a needle into the reset button located back in the centre of the modem.
Released it after and wait 3,4 minutes until you see all the lights of the modem coming back.
You'll see on the screen of your computer : Easy connect.
Types twice your password.
You are supposed to have again a good internet connection with your Fizz modem.
I hope it will resolve the problem about your connection.
