How I can reach support for internet issues? I reset my modem and still it doesn't work.

please i can't work from home. This internet is giving me hard time.

    I apologize for the situation that you've encountered, I suggest you reach out to our support where you can have it checked and resolved.
    In the meantime, I suggest you have a look at the FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-modem-connected-cable-my-connec... and follow the steps from there. Also, looking at your account, I could see that your modem is online from our end.
    Our contact methods can be found on the following link https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, you need to be connected into your account and click on Help, which is on the mid-right of your screen, then click on Contact Us, or simply click on the link I've provided.
    Keep in mind that the answer on Facebook messenger is not in real-time and a delay can be between your question and our answer, that is why I suggest you contact us by chat for a better resolution in realtime.

    @Mike says there is a problem with Hydro-Quebec. This is not related! Normally a telecom company have electricity generators for prevention of electricicity lost!
    To answer your question, i think it's an outage from Fizz (Videotron). It's could be a cable problem in the street, or at the Videotron Building in your area. Just wait at least 24hours and if the problem is not resolved, try to reach Fizz by clicking the green bubble in your account dashboard or by chatting with Fizz on Facebook.
