    I apologize for the situation that you've encountered, I suggest you reach out to our support where you can have it checked and resolved.
    In the meantime, I suggest you have a look at the FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-modem-connected-cable-my-connection-keeps-cutting-out-how-do-i-fix and follow the steps from there. Also, looking at your account, I could see that your modem is online from our end.
