My payment was overdue but now is paid. How long till I get reconnected?

Try to turn off the modem for 30 seconds

I see that you've already chatted with one of my colleagues about this. I've checked right now your account and I see that your home internet plan has just been fully reactivated following a successful payment. If you still have any issue with your service, I would advise you to restart your Wi-Fi modem as it's described at step 2 on this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
