Wifi network showing up but no internet connection
My wifi network is showing up on my phone and computer but when I try to go on the internet their is no connection. I visiting the FIZZ help page and did the following suggestions: restart wifi on computer, restart modem, and reset modem to factory settings. After all that nothing has changed and it’s still not working. Everything is plugged in correctly. Hopefully you can help. Thanks.

If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

It's normal your device connect to wifi and internet not working when there a fizz Signal problem! I think it's an signal problem from Fizz to your modem, it's could be problem in fiber cable on the street, it's could be an outage! Wait 24 hours if the internet is not working, contact fizz by login in your account dashboard, just click the chat green bubble!
