Why won't my modem properly install?
I received my Fizz modem yesterday and followed the instructions to install it, but the lights never properly matched how they were supposed to. It says it can take up to 15 mins but I waited over an hour and the only the power, downstream (blinking) and 2.4 GHz (blinking) lights were on. I tried reconnecting and resetting it multiple times but it never changed, only those 3 lights are ever active. When I go to connect to the wifi, it shows up as a network and I can input the password but it tells me its connected without internet.

You have a problem with the cable signal, can you check if the coaxial cable is well screwed?
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
