I recently had an installation appointment when the tech person showed up he realized that there was not coax connection going to the house. He said it was too difficult. Now I get an e-mail stating that I WAS NOT there at the appointed time. The tech probably got paid for a no show and I look like the schmuck.

Here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

Every tech person need can leave some notes in the system, i think he left a note that said there no coax connection going to house. You can contact a support rep from your account dashboard!

I would feel exactly as you do Claude! How else are you supposed to feel when you get an email saying you weren't there when you obviously were there! The technician sounds like a ****! Too difficult? How difficult is it to install a coaxial cable? That's his job! Maybe I'm wrong but sometimes if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck and looks like a duck, it is a duck!3

Looks like I may have said something offensive, my apologies to the community and the moderators I once had something similar happen to me and I can sympathize with Claude. Basically that's what I was trying to say.7
