Cannot access rollover data?

I apparently have 988.64mb rollover that expires in 38 days. I had thought I'd already gone through it all, and even had to do a couple of 2gb add-ons. How do I use it? I thought it was automatic.

Very strange, did you try to change the browser to see if it will not be a cache problem.
Usually the data with a lower remaining days must be used.
