Why can’t I receive calls anymore only outgoing calls are working?

Did you try to reboot the phone?
When did you have activated the line?
Did you enable some kind of call blocking in your phone?
Do you have any kind of do not disturb configured on your phone?
If you already check all of this, you should contact the support in order to see with them if there is any kind of problems with your line.
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1. Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2. Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-any-calls-on-my-phone
3. The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Apologies for the encountered issues.
Along with the suggestions given by Mike, please also try after rebooting the phone to enable airplane mode for 30 seconds and switch it off followed by a manual network switch through your phone's settings, once the automatic network selection is disabled, and connect to Fizz EXT for a few minutes then connect back to Fizz network and try again.
