Is there a way to see gift data history?

I sent some data away but a few people have said they haven't received it yet. The data is missing from my balance though.

No, Fizz does not give us the possibility to see the data that we have gifted

Try to contact the support and see with them

If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-data-gifting-and-how-does-it-work
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

I've just checked your account and I see that you've gifted some data a couple of days ago. If any of your friends didn't receive it, then you can ask them to have a look at our dedicated FAQ that Mike provided and to contact us in private, preferably via live chat. Your friends can also contact us via their Fizz accounts. Mike just showed you how to do it. You can also reach us via Facebook private message: https://facebook.com/fizzca. We'll need more details to be able to investigate this situation further.
