could you please connect your PC direct to your modem and try your test again. To identify your problem, you have 1st check your internet by cable, do a speed test, 2nd do the same exercise by Wi-FI. if you see the problem is still there, reboot your modem and try again.

Ther situation that you are experiencing it may be because of the high usage of your network.
After I've checked your connection from our end, I could see that your services are well sent towards your and that you need to restart your modem to refresh the network connection and then see if there are any changes.
