Hi
I ask a question before and got the answer to reboot the modem and also for the sound to check my computer sound setting but I was asking for the TV, I did the reboot and no changes, and for the sound the I connected my cell internet to check if the same breaking sound problem occur and no it was perfect, so I try the TV with wifiand cable connection and it didnt resolve the problem.

Try to contact the support in order to have your line checked
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
