Why my is my WiFi connected but clocking several time per days

Using the modem/WiFi in one. Internet is conected but cannot browse web page and or use app that requires internet. It keep clocking. I tried serval reboot from the app and unplugging the power cord. I connected my PC with the Ethernet cable. I did a manufacture rest. I verified the coaxial cable plugged in the modem and the connection outside.

If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

I had a look into your account and checked your modem connection and I wasn't able to see your signals, however, your modem appears to be online.
If you are not able to use your services, I suggest you contact our support department so that they can assist you, you can find them by clicking the FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
