Fizz is owned by Videotron. Videotron send those letters/emails so I guess Fizz will also send them.10

The trick is to use a good VPN, those who download torrent files use VPNs that don't log user activity and identity, Google is your friend, don't get any free VPN...9 -
Noubar,
Vanigh is right.
Please use a good VPN provider.6 -
Hi Noubar,
If you've received a letter regarding the downloading and sharing unsanctioned copyrighted material, then you should check the attachment that came with it. The notice received from us is in fact sent by the copyright holder. Fizz is only acting as an intermediary and we're required by law to send this document to you which is to be found enclosed in the mail that you might have received from us. We're not aware of the content of this notice, therefore we cannot provide you anymore details about it.
In this case, the only thing we can do is to advise you to:
Secure all access to your Wi-Fi network to prevent a third party from using it without your consent.
Inform any users of your internet service of the enclosed notice. These details can also be found within the received email notification.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, have a good one!
