Hi,
I update my payment method information has the previous one didn't go through. But I cannot find the "Make my monthly payment button" anywhere to get my account reactivated. Can anyone help?

If it does not appear, you must contact the support at 8
You should contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Contact customer service to have them help you out of this unfortunate situation; they are really easy to reach if you follow these instructions.
To start you need to be logged into your account for it to work and you can see it in the top right of your screen. Then click here a little lower on the link "solve-an-issue" and the chat bubble will appear in 3 or 4 seconds at the bottom right of the screen. Click on it to start a conversation. If they are not available try again a few minutes later. You can also write to them on Messenger and Facebook.12 -
