Internet cut 30 min ago. Landscaping is done outside. ?

My internet connection was cut about 30 minutes ago. All my laptops and phones are connected to Wi-Fi, but there is no internet. Right now there some landscaping and excavation work is done on my street. Can Fizz representative contact me?

For sure the excavation can have done some problem.

If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
