When did you activate your account?
Did you try to reboot the phone?
Did you pay the renewal?
Do you have the signal from Fizz?

If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Apologies for the encountered issue.
Have you tried the steps Mike suggested regarding your issue? Could you please go into your phone's settings menu and disable automatic network search then switch to Fizz EXT for 30 seconds then switch back manually to Fizz and test if the issue still persists? Also, please try enabling airplane mode for 3 minutes then turn it off and make another check.
