Hi,
Could you please let me know how to process the payment of the owed amount as I am leaving your company. I can't afford to stay without a working phone despite having changed the credit card is as if no one changed the previuos one at your end. It's too stressful for me and I thank you for sending me an email where I can submit an e-transfer.
