Back in September, I decided to use a 500 MB data upgrade and I noticed Fizz charged me an extra 6$, so I removed it the month later. The next three months I did not get charged 6$, but since February, I got charged for the upgrade and didn't even use it. I tried contacting Fizz via Facebook but they never gave a response. Is there any way I can contact them and get a refund for the 5 times they charged me extra?

Facebook is not the best way to contact Fizz, try the bubble chat to get a refund.
CHAT
Go to any help page https://fizz.ca/en/solutions, if you are not connect login
The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
FACEBOOK
Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

CONTACT FORM

Yes the chat is the best way to do it.
Make sure to be connected to your account to see the bubble, and follow the advice from Fling.8 -
Upgrades are free to use.
It's a mistake.
Follow Fling instructions to contact the support and get the refund
