How long does it take for my phone to go back on due to paymrnt issues
I uploaded a new cc on my profile today however, it still coming as ot processed and I wld like to know what's wrong. There is enough to pay the balance and I would like to know when to xpect my full service to come back on. In addition, you are asking to call 611 but there is no access to it either.

Did you click on the button make a payment now?
Fizz need up to 2 hours to check the payment.
Try to reboot the phone too.
If you still have problem, you need to contact the support.
to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

I've just checked your account and I see that your monthly payment failed yesterday. Your mobile plan is suspended now. If you've updated the payment method on your account correctly (My plans - Manage - Payment method - add as default the updated one and save it), then, as Mike has already advised you, you'll have to click on the "Make my monthly payment" button which is still visible on your account. If everything is in order, your mobile plan will be reactivated within two hours. You can also have a look at the link that Mike provided to help you further.
