Check the led status, if one of the arrow is flashing you have lost the cable connection
Therefore, if you already check the cable, you must contact the support
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
.
- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hello Wagner,
Apologies for the encountered issue.
Please unplug the modem from the power outlet for 10 seconds and while is disconnected from the electrical source verify if the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in both ways. Once you have verified this and the 10 seconds are up, plug the modem in a different power source, preferably in a direct outlet, not a power stick and test. If it still does not work, please perform a factory reset by holding the button on the back pressed for 30 seconds.
If the issue is still not solved, please contact us by chat using an FAQ such as the one presented by Mike :

Thank you for your understanding.
Have a good day.
