Issue with the transfer of your community points
Since April 14, there’s been an issue with the transfer of your community points to your Fizz account. It was a system glitch (that is now resolved), and our team is now working on getting those points back where they belong.
Starting this week, your points will therefore be making their way in your account. Expect to see them arrive in small batches over the course of a few days, under My Rewards.
Any points you earned since April 14 will also be sent to your Fizz account.
