How to cancel Account subscription?

It's already my 3rd day with no internet connection. I think I deserve a refund.
After 5 days of experience with fizz, only the first 2 days I did have connection and 3 days of trouble shooting with no results!
Disappointed!

    From what I read, there is a ''strike'' from members to improve the customer support offer by Fizz.

    If you've already decided to cancel you service, you can do that from your account anytime and you'll receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining days of your payment cycle. You can find more details on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-unsubscribe-from-fizz-home-internet.
    However, we would like very much to encourage you to keep your service alive with us. You don't have to worry, as we'll do everything possible to help you with this issue. Please believe us that we're also not happy when these type of situations happen, but as you know, sometimes the internet connection might suffer from glitches that we may not be aware about. I've just checked your connection in my tools and I've detected some signals that are out of specs. I also see that you've already contacted us via private message and a colleague of mine has already provided you with some troubleshooting steps. I would also advise you to test your modem by using a device connected via the RJ 45 ethernet cable.
