Impossible to transfer my phone number HELP!
I've tried to transfer the line but my number was temporary inactivate with lucky mobile, so din't work.. I've called them reactivated my number and now it still impossible to transfer my number, can anyone help beacuse the lady of fizz chat know as much about technical issue that I do..

If your number that you want to transfer was inactive, I guess impossible to recover, this rule is functional for all carriers fido, Bell, Rogers, Fizz etc. An inactive number cannot be transferred. If it does not work chose an other number from Fizz. Sorry to lose your number.
Don't give up, try to chat with customer service

I've checked your account and I can see that you have contacted our support department and they've tried transferring your number, however, they need the IMEI number of your phone, in order for the transfer to be tried again.

Hi nedj,
In addition to what Whizz said, you can retrieve the IMEI/MEID number on virtually any phone by dialing in the universal code. Dial *#06#. You typically will not need to press the Call or Send button, as the IMEI/MEID number will appear as soon as you finish dialing the code.
As long as your Lucky Mobile account is active, you can contact Fizz support with the IMEI to complete your port transfer request. Once the transfer is complete, your Lucky Mobile account will be closed automatically.10 -
