Reactivation of my Fizz plan

My credit card expired and my payment was rejected. After a week, I add a new payment method and made the payment; however, my plan was never reactivated. Also, now the option of make payment now is also deactivated.
I've been waiting for a few days now.
How can I fix that?

- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
