Wifi disconnects non stop even with band steering off

I try to work from home during this pandemic and my internet connection keeps turning on and off. I already tried to swith off band steering and airtime fairness. My computer is about 6 meters away from the modem (I don't have a wire long enough to connect the computer directly to the modem). There is nothing that could interfere with the wifi.
I don't have another router...
What is the cause of the problem? Can Fizz upgrade their modem/router for something that is legit? Clearly the problem is the quality of the router...

Apologies for the encountered issue.
I have verified the signals of your modem and everything appears to be well regarding it's functioning. I currently see a bunch of devices connected to the wi-fi network. While you are in the work hours at home, are the other devices disconnected from the wi-fi network and verified if the issue still occurs? If you wish to keep all the current devices connected to the wi-fi network I would suggest as well a speed increase for your home internet plan, from My plans- Manage plan- Adjust plan.
