Hi Jean,
Try to restart your modem. To do it, unplug it and wait a few seconds.
If not, you can try to reset to original settings by pressing and holding for 10 seconds the small button at the back of your modem, with a pen or a paperclip.
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1) Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2) Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
3) The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

May i suggest to reset your modem.!
Just insert a needle 35,40 seconds (not 10 seconds) to the reset button located beck in the center of the modem. Released it after.
Wait 3,4 minutes until you see all the lights coming back.
You will see on the screen of your computer:Easy connect
Just types twice your password.
Your connection is supposed to be fonctional again.
If nothing is settled,
Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 each day.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, go to any help page:
https://fizz.ca/en/solution
Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
