I got hacked, somebody change my plan. I cannot receive or make a call.e!?

dear fizz team.
somebody change my plan from 6GB internet to 1GB with no call. I think I got hacked! I need my Plan back, I was buy this plan in the promotion and I don't want to lose it!!!! please please help me

    You need to contact customer support directly to get help with your account. People here are mainly other clients with no access to personal data/account.
    Here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1) Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2) Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
    3) The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
