If you did not changed your plan, they need to warning you with a 30 days notice before increase the price.
It should be a display issue.
Contact the support to let them check
Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.

- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

If not, it's seem a bug (a display issue).
Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 to get explanation about this.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, types this adress:

Wait 5 seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz.2 -

If you did not change your plan, they won't change the price without a warning (Yes they can change the price unfortunately but they warn you before).
I advice you to check your emails perhaps they did send you a message
Maybe you modified some options on your plan, if you did so, unfortunately it's the new price that applies...0 -
