Neighbor had new internet installed and technician cut off our service
Basement tenant got service installed but the Videotron technician cut off our internet. Fizz Agents on chat keep on giving me a run around that they can't reach our modem. Nothing was touch on our end, and I need them to send a technician to repair the issue. I think the problem is that we share an address e.g I am at 1234 and the other tenant is 1234A
