I have voicemail in my plan. when i dial 1 to listen to my messages the line cuts off right away.
please advise how to proceed.

Did you check if the number is the right one? 1-514-647-0999
Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.

- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.8 -

When you dial 1, keep your finger on the number longer than when you normaly dial a phone number.3

I recently switched over to the Youmail service. It is a free app that you can install on your phone and gives you visual voicemail for free. So, I still have my Fizz voicemail, but do not use it.2

Forgot to mention: if you install YouMail, Fizz will not appear in the list of providers. Pick Rogers or Fido - works well (have had it for months on three different phones).2
