Why is my iPhone 11 unable to recognize Fizz's sim card?

If the error is not SIM card it seems a problem with the card
Since the message should be SIM card not supported when the iPhone is SIM locked

I've just checked your account and I see that you've already chatted with one of my colleagues. He advised you to wait for a few more hours as your number transfer may not have been fully completed yet. Now, I see your transfer has been successful and the mobile plan is active. If you still have this issue, I would advise you to power off your phone, remove your SIM card, insert it again and restart your device.
