Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.
.
- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.
.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.7 -

Hello Gregory ,
I'm really sorry to hear about this!
I've checked your account and I see that you've already chatted with one of my colleagues. He informed you that that our technicians were working to fix an issue that have emerged this morning. I've verified again and it seems that they've managed to resolve most of it. Please unplug the power cable from the outlet and the modem, wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back and restart it. Make sure that the coaxial cable is properly screwed on both ends. I would also advise you to test with another power cable or plug it in another power outlet (if you have the possibility). You can also have a look at our FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it.
If you still have no internet connection, to be able to help you more efficiently, we'll need more details from you. I'm kindly asking you to contact us in private via live chat. Please check the info provided on the following links: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us.
Have a good day and stay safe!
