Technician late or didn’t show

I have an appointment today 12pm-5pm and I haven’t received a phone call and the technician isn’t here yet and it’s past 5pm... is this normal? Should I continue to wait?

Check your email (also check junk folder) to see if you received a notification of failure of appointment. Unfortunately missed appointments can happen for many number of reasons.

If the tech showed up and completed the installation, great!

That is why I scheduled my appointment first thing in rhetoric morning. That way, if he got delay I will still be served.8
