Technician late or didn’t show

I have an appointment today 12pm-5pm and I haven’t received a phone call and the technician isn’t here yet and it’s past 5pm... is this normal? Should I continue to wait?

If the appointment couldn't take place for any reason, when you'll get the missed appointment notification on your account, you'll be able to reschedule a new one.
