How do I reschedule a modem installation?

A technician was supposed to come to install a modem 2 days ago but no one showed up and I’m trying to reschedule ever since but I don’t know how. What can I do?

You need to take a new appointment for your internet installation.
You can do online:
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Click on: Manage my plan (internet)
Click on: Fix an appointment
Choose a date and hour suggested by Fizz and finish to click: Save.

Unfortunately this situation can happen for many number of reasons. Check your email (also check junk folder) to see if you received a notification of failure of appointment.

If you require assistance, you may chat with Fizz support during business hours
Tip: If you can, try to get an appointment early in the day (or at the start of the technician's shift) to minimize further delays.
