Cant find make a payment button?

I updated my payment method, the card I put in has sufficient funds now but my internet is offline, i cant find the make a payment button and I just want my internet back ASAP

You should contact the support
Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.

- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
