hello, i made an appointment to get internet installed this tuesday but i’d like to cancel it, i found a better offer somewhere else

You need to cancel the RV and ask for a refund
To cancel your appointment go to My plans > Manage plan > Appointment >Cancel. Once you do it you'll receive a refund done by the system.
To check with the support:
- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support.
Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear..If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.11 -

Contact Fizz's customer service and they will be able to help with the cancellation. You can reach out to them on Facebook Messenger or by using the popup chat bubble on this site. Surprising you found a better rate because they have one of the best out there!!9

Were you able to cancel your installation? Who are you going with (better offer)?
A Fizz technician was supposedly coming to do my installation today @ 7:30, but no one has shown up yet, so I might need an alternate.9 -

Connect you online,
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Appointment
Click: Cancel
You are supposed to get automatically a refund.
You can verify and contact the Fizz support service by chat on line from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.

Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
