For two days now, I receive this message “Your call cannot be completed at this time...”. This happens for whoever I try to call from my cell. I don’t know what to do. Any ideas?
you can go to setting mobile network and change to Fizz Ext and see if it works

I've experienced the same situation yesterday.
After 10 minutes, it worked.
I think the Fizz network is overcharged sometimes ( maybe of covid 19).
A lot of networks have their capacities jammed because of all the teleworkers and tele conference calls. Simply try again a bit later, you will be able to get through eventually. Good luck!
