Why can’t I dial with 1before number?

I’m not able to place calls or receive calls, with phone numbers starting with 1800, 1888 . It states that the call cannot be completed or busy signal.

I am having the same issue an it is already a week they've been telling me they are working on it.
I just spoke to support and they said they know of the issue and their are still working on it.7 -

There's a lot of telephony issues worldwide because of the covid-19 and all the people working from home. Be patient, a lot more people are on calls and jamming the network at once, you will get through eventually. Good luck!4
