why my payment is rejected?

I have credit card info on fizz account that is used to make payment automatically. But my payment this time was failed. And i cannot reach any customer support to fix it. And I have no option on my account to pay immediately. I need to have access to internet. This should be fix immediately, plz.

    Contact Fizz customer service via mensenger. It's the down side to have cheap paiement. Try to find a Internet access somewhere.
