Based on the recommendations of government and local health authorities, we had to close studio this week to do my part to help soften the curve. It was the hardest decision to make but I feel like it was the right one
I wanted to reach out and see if there was a way to help out fellow beauty professionals in this hard time with their business line costs while we're stuck in a stand still. The number that I use for fizz is strictly the business line and if you take a look at the usage, you'll see how limited it is
I'd really appreciate any way that you're able to support.

Hello Neelam,
We are sorry to hear about this.
At the moment the authorities are doing their best to make sure that everyone will be safe and to avoid the spread of this virus, COVID-19.
As for us, please be aware that Fizz is not business oriented mobile/internet service provider and only for personal usage.
Thank you for your understanding.
Have a good day.

Best to stay safe. Thank you for helping to plank the curve.
Both federal and provincial governments have stated they will be offering financial support. Also they will delay collection of taxes and major banks will delay collection of mortgages.
In the meantime, you can adjust your mobile plan to meet your needs on a monthly basis. Just be sure to request your change at least 2 days prior to the renewal date.
Take care and stay healthy!2 -
