We are user here, however, this is not an option
What you must do, if you do not like the service you need to unsubscribe 48 hours before the new billing cycle.

Once you subscribe to Fizz, you agree with the recurring payment that will be taken from the credit card you've added into your account. If you do not want to continue with your subscription, please make sure you subscribe with 48 hours ahead of your renewal day. I also suggest you check your service agreement paragraph 5 section 1 where you can see that our system is designed to take your payment automatically with 24 hours ahead of your payment cycle.
