I tried to chat with Facebook messangers but no body rely
For the trouble shoot for the modem
I do not have internet since 5days and you cost it on my account

    Maybe, it's more efficient to join the Fizz support by chat (from 8h00 to 21h00, each day).
    First, connect you online to your Fizz account.

    Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session begins with Fizz.

    It always takes them a little while to answer, but they always get back to me (sometimes with a little nudge). They must have a lot of demands during this time.
