Hello the modem which you give me did not work all the yellow colour there are not blue and the password is wrong also

    Hello Abdel,
    I have verified your modem in my tools and it appears as offline. Can you please verify if the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in on both ends and change the power outlet the modem is plugged into to a direct one and not using an extension cord? If the issue still persists, please reach us directly by chat for further troubleshooting.
