    Try to remove and reinsert the SIM and also a reboot

    Have you tried to replace your sim card?
    And also to reboot your phone can help this situation...

    Was it working fine before with Fizz Sim card?

    I would advise you to take some advice from our fellow community members. Remove the SIM card and insert it again, disconnect the Wi-Fi network, search manually for the Fizz mobile network and test it with another phone (if you have the possibility).
