Joseph,
If you have problem with a sim card ,
I recommand you to order online a new sim card for the needs of the cell of your dad.
When you will receive it, desactivate the first problematic sim card and activate the new one.1 -
You can buy a new SIM card if your card or phone was lost or stolen.
.
Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
Scroll to the Plan you wish to change.
Click on Manage and choose Change SIM.
Select Order a SIM card.
Select your reason for ordering a new SIM card and click Continue.
Add your shipping address. This is the address where we will ship your SIM card. It may or may not be the same as your home address.
Choose your shipping method.
Select a payment method and click Submit order to pay for your SIM card.
... When you receive your SIM card, go back to Change SIM and select Activate your SIM to replace it.

Hello Joseph,
I have checked your account and I found out that you suspended your line accordingly to the steps from the FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq/lost-stolen-mobile however if you wish to have a new Fizz SIM card with the same number, you will need to order a new one by going to Overview > Get started > Mobile > order a new SIM card and as soon as you receive it, please contact us by chat, the chat bubble, and our other contact methods can be found by following the FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, so that we can make the change for your plan.
Have a safe day!
