No LTE service on my galaxy s5. Can anyone help.?

Hi I have a galaxy s5. Phone was fine until I crossed the border into NY. Lost mobile data. No internet. Only calls and texts. Came back to Canada, still no LTE. installed the fizz parameters in advanced settings, turned on /off the phone, took out sim and battery, turned on and off flight mode---none of these worked. Any other advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have the network operator configured in automatique?
Do you have Fizz near the signal?
Do you still have data available?
Do you have some block in your phone, you can set limits
If you spent more than 3 months in the USA your account can be locked
Probably you should contact the support, since you try everything
