I've ordered twice a SIM card, never received any of them, don't know who to contact to get a reimboursment or how to get a new one for free and the other one reimboursed. Texted the shipping company, told me they delivered it twice, but never received any of them! They told me to contact Fizz, but I have no idea whatsoever where or how to contact them.

Rose,
To get information about your sim card not received;
You need to contact the Fizz support by chat online.
This service is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then open a second window and types:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-order-sim-card
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it. click on it.
Your chat session is beginning with Fizz.6 -
It's weird that your sim card wasn't delivered twice. Is it possible that you made a mistake in your shipping address?4
